So why is Honda going through all this trouble? Well its to increase sales and it has paid off. Hero Honda sales up 9% (nine percent) in April which is good for the manufacture.

When I visited the site today, I saw ads for the Accord, Civic, CR-V, Element, Fit, Oddssey, Pilot, Ridgeline and the S2000. Of these eight vehicles that were listed, the S2000 is my favorite as it stands out from the motion picture The Fast and the Furious.

Whispers in the wind says that Lange is admitted himself to an undisclosed New Jersey rehab facility for alledged heroin use.

TENNESSEE (OCN) — 71-year-old Morgan Freeman will be a free man again. The Wanted (2008) Actor and his second wife Myrna Colley-Lee of 24 years are said to be divorcing.

Earlier this week on Sunday while travelling with a freind, 48 year old Demaris Meyer, Freeman was in a car accident which caused shoulder damage, a broken elbow and a broken arm. The injuries landed the Oscar-winning star in a Memphis hospital. With luck, Freeman shoulf be released by Friday.

We wish the him a speedy recovery.

NEW YORK (OCN) — Where can you Discuss New York? There are quite a few forums (online community) about New York that will let you discuss the City and State of New York and other topics.

CALIFORNIA (OCN) — Scam artist just love to send us phishing emails and we love to receive them as we are able to post them here to warn others so they do not fall for their scams.

Below is phishing email (that was changed for the EPPICard Survey) that we got. The link in the email takes you to a page on spedition-cot.de which then forwards to orangesavingsbank.biz

We notified Google to remove their index of the pages and Yahoo since their name server was being used. After 5 minutes, the phishing was directed to a second site, orangesavingsbank.us and then to orangesavingsbanks.com after we kept informing Yahoo.

To prevent Yahoo from disabling any other domains that they have (or they ran out of domains), they now have it hosted on spedition-cot.de. We notified the host in Germany (as Yahoo had no control) along with Orange Savings Bank and is pleased to report that the site (except for the home page) is now fully disabled.

CALIFORNIA (OCN) — David Thompson and his wife, Ellie, claims that the cough syrup that she was taking had “active ingredients” that let her home pregnancy test show positive in June of 2008 so the Los Angeles couple has filed a US$10 million lawsuit for emotional distress.

Mrs. Thompson, thinking she was actually pregnant, told her employer (a Dental Office) that she was resigning as their receptionist and would stay home to help out her husband’s home business during her pregnancy.

According to their attorney, James Sylvester, Mrs. Thompson had complications in 2006 and lost their first child so Mrs. Thompson, after taking the test and seeing that she was pregnant a few weeks ago in June, quit her job so that she could stay home and increase her chances of delivering a healthy baby.

After seeing her doctor in July the couple was sad to learn that she wasn’t in fact pregnant. “It’s like we lost a second child” says Mr. Thomspon. “It’s awful what we had to go through again.”

So, is it even possible to get pregnant by cough syrup? According to medical reports, cough syrup with “Guaifenesin” (an expectorant drug) is widely used by women to facilitiate conception by thinning and increasing the amount of cervical mucus but care must be taken as it has been associated with inguinal hernias in newborns.

There are two types of inguinal hernia, direct and indirect. Direct inguinal hernias occur when abdominal contents herniate through a weak point in the fascia of the abdominal wall and into the inguinal canal. Indirect inguinal hernias occur when abdominal contents protrude through the deep inguinal ring; this is ultimately caused by failure of embryonic closure of the internal inguinal ring.
